Qualifications

• German language proficiency at a communicative level (minimum B2).
• 0-1 years of relevant work experience in basic accounting.
• Willingness to learn and develop in accounting and assurance fields.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week and start in December.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in finance and audit while developing with EY professionals.
• Collaborate with EY global engagement teams on projects and build productive relationships.
• Use EY analytics tools and AI platforms to support audit procedures and data analysis.
• Document and perform assigned audit procedures accurately following EY methodology and quality standards.
• Learn clients, processes and risks, and report accounting issues clearly with senior team input.
