Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to support Assurance teams within the GDS framework. You will build relationships with global EY teams and supervise the delivery of engagement management activities, ensuring timely, accurate outputs.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years of general business experience, strong English and German, and the ability to work under deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is a proficient entry-level role in a global delivery network.

Responsibilities

• Assist engagement teams with processes like multi-location coordination and engagement economics.
• Maintain and update global engagement databases and contact lists.
• Collate client information from public databases and share with the team.
• Own work quality and ensure thorough review before delivery by deadline.
• Identify issues and keep regional teams informed promptly.
• Work proactively with regional stakeholders and participate in regular calls.
• Build strong, open communication with cross‑team members.
• Seek feedback from teams and take appropriate action.
