Maersk GSC Poland in Warsaw is seeking an Associate Finance Controller with German to join the Accounting to Reporting team. You will own end‑to‑end accounting for assigned entities and ensure accurate, timely financial close.

• End-to-end accounting and month-end close experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS and German GAAP.
• Experience in a multinational organisation.
• Experience with SAP/S/4HANA.
• German language skills at approximately B1/B2 or higher.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end accounting activities for assigned entities.
• Deliver accurate and timely month-end close requirements.
• Review balance sheets and substantiate accounts.
• Investigate deviations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support financial statement analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, German GAAP, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and process owners.
• Consolidate accounting and tax information with stakeholders.
• Support regional finance projects as needed.
