Job summary

RDN CONS is seeking a German-speaking Digital Solutions Representative to join an international team in Kraków, Poland. This hybrid role includes a fully paid relocation package and opportunities to work with customers to identify and implement digital solutions.

You will engage German-speaking customers, understand their needs, and drive sales through consultative support while collaborating with teams across borders.

Qualifications

• Fluent German language required.
• Good command of English.
• Previous sales experience is appreciated but not essential.
• Strong sales aptitude and commercial mindset.
• Target-driven and results-focused.
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new digital tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Kraków, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with German-speaking customers in a professional and consultative manner.
