Job summary

FIS is seeking an experienced Business Risk Associate with German-language skills to support our team during the US shift at our Poznan location.

You will handle customer inquiries, assist with KYC processes, verify documentation, and contribute to process improvements. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a 1:00 pm–10:30 pm CET schedule, in Poznań.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in finance
• Customer service experience – spoken and written
• Fluent German (C1) and good English communication

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone and written inquiries from customers and consultants
• Respond to challenges and provide effective solutions
• Adhere to quality standards and KYC controls
• Verify customer KYC documentation and perform post-verification tasks as needed
• Escalate complex issues and manage complaints
• Participate in projects to improve processes and meet company goals
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 1:00 pm–10:30 pm CET with a 30-minute break
