Atos is leading a large-scale digital transformation program for the public administration sector in Europe. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements and translating them into clear specifications.

You will join a multicultural team of analysts, architects, developers, testers, and domain experts. You will translate business needs into user stories and functional specs, support backlog management, and contribute to continuous evolution

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Fluent German (minimum B2/C1) and excellent command of English.
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience conducting workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process analysis.
• Knowledge of business process modeling techniques (UML, BPMN, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with electronic file management and Document Management Systems (DMS/ECM).
• Understanding of document lifecycle management, records management, workflows, metadata, and digital case file handling.
• Hands‑on experience with DMS/ECM platforms such as d.velop, OpenText, or similar enterprise solutions.
• Ability to translate document-related business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops and meetings with German-speaking stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process models, and functional specifications.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, testers, and Product Owners.
• Support backlog management and prioritization activities.
• Review and clarify requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in acceptance testing and business validation activities.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
