You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements and ensuring they are translated into clear specifications.

The role focuses on requirements analysis, workshop facilitation with German-speaking stakeholders, and ensuring proper backlog and documentation across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• Experience in workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process analysis.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops and meetings with German-speaking stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process models, and functional specifications.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, testers, and Product Owners.
• Support backlog management and prioritization activities.
• Review and clarify requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in acceptance testing and business validation activities.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
