Kinguin is seeking a marketing professional to own and optimize direct campaigns for the German market, covering email, web push, and popup channels. You will analyze performance, run experiments, and collaborate across teams to sharpen targeting and cross-channel strategies.

Responsibilities include campaign optimization, competitive analysis, data-driven decision making, and leveraging AI to speed up time-to-market. Remote-friendly, with bonus opportunities tied to results.

Qualifications

• Native-level German and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in CRM, marketing automation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience with campaign optimization, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Understanding of KPIs such as CTR, CR, AOV, bounce rate, revenue, and unsubscribe rate.
• Data-driven, proactive approach and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution and optimization of direct marketing campaigns on the German market (email, web push, popup).
• Analyse campaign performance and run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with other marketing teams on targeting and cross-channel campaigns.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Manage product feed data required for product-based campaigns (product recommendations).
• Drive email and web push subscriber growth to boost channel potential.
• Implement AI solutions to increase team efficiency and accelerate time-to-market.
