Job summary

Boeva Tech in Kraków, Poland, is hiring a German-speaking Business Development Representative for cloud technology. Hybrid role (3 days in office / 2 days remote), full-time with permanent contract. Base salary 11,000 PLN gross per month plus uncapped performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• German language: B2+/C1 level (mandatory).
• English: B2 level or higher.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven ability in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Basic understanding of cloud-based or SaaS solutions (a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and objection-handling mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Kraków, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Own full consultative sales cycle for small, medium, and enterprise-level clients.
• Identify, develop, and convert new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Manage negotiations, handle objections, and confidently close deals.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently exceed targets.
• Work with SMBs, agencies, and C-level decision makers across multiple industries.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class customer experience.
• 3 weeks of onsite product and sales training; full onboarding before transitioning into hybrid work; continuous learning opportunities in sales and tech.
