Job summary

CBTalents.org in Kraków is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to drive consultative sales across Europe. You will own the full sales cycle, engage with C-level decision-makers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• German language: B2+/C1 level (mandatory).
• English: B2 level or higher.
• 1+ year in sales, business development, or account management.
• Prospecting, negotiation and closing experience.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Basic cloud/SaaS knowledge.
• Willingness to relocate to Kraków.

Responsibilities

• Own the full consultative sales cycle for SMBs to enterprise clients.
• Engage with business customers and act as trusted advisor in cloud tech.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to exceed targets.
