I am looking for a Data Scientist with strong experience in Generative AI and LLM-based solutions. You will design agentic AI workflows, work with RAG architectures, and translate complex business needs into scalable AI behavior. The role includes building production-ready solutions and collaborating closely with stakeholders.

Project

• designing and implementing agentic AI workflows and customer advisory capabilities
• developing and optimizing LLM-based applications and RAG architectures
• translating complex business rules into scalable and reliable AI agent behavior
• implementing quality assurance and testing strategies for AI-driven interactions
• supporting deployment and operationalization of AI solutions in production environments
• collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners and technical teams

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM-based applications and RAG architectures
• proven ability to translate complex business logic into reliable agentic AI behavior
• strong software engineering background with excellent Python skills
• hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
• experience designing and executing testing strategies for AI agents and workflows
• experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions from prototype to production
• fluent English (C1) and German (C1)
• strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including workshop facilitation
