The Opportunity

This role requires a strong understanding of European logistics operations, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to work with various stakeholders to meet customer and business requirements.

Your Background

• Proven experience (4+ years) in transport operations management, logistics, or supply chain management with a strong understanding of road, ocean, and air freight.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, IATA, CILT) are a plus.
• Experience (2+ years) leading teams, managing cross-functional projects, and coordinating operations across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of logistics management software, TMS (Transport Management Systems), and ERP systems (ideally SAP).
• Fluency in English is required
• Knowledge of Scandinavian market is a strong advantage, as the role will involve communication with teams and clients in Northern Europe.
