Job summary

NCR Atleos in Warsaw, hybrid work setup, seeks a General Ledger Controller to support period-end closing and group reporting. You will perform reconciliations, postings, and month-end activities in line with internal standards and local requirements, collaborating with auditors and senior management.

The role requires a university degree in Finance/Accounting, at least 2 years SSC experience in GL or A2R, strong English, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economy or similar.
• At least 2+ years of experience within SSC environment in a related process area and/or accounting (preferably General Ledger or A2R).
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Very good level of written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations, postings, and month-end activities in line with internal standards.
• Participate in group reporting and consolidation processes.
• Support external and internal auditors with required documentation and explanations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to process excellence initiatives.
• Prepare various reports and analyses for senior management.
• Handle ad-hoc operational and administrative queries.
