Job summary

NCR Atleos in Warsaw, Poland – hybrid work arrangement – seeks a General Ledger Controller to support period-end close, group reporting, and consolidation processes. The role reports to the European Manager of Reporting and Consolidation and requires strong controls and procedural adherence.

The ideal candidate will handle reconciliations, month-end tasks, and provide documentation for audits while driving process improvements and efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting/Economy or similar.
• At least 2+ years of experience within SSC environment in a related process area and/or accounting (preferably in General Ledger or A2R).
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Very good level of written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations, postings, and month-end activities in line with internal standards.
• Participate in group reporting and consolidation processes.
• Support external and internal auditors by providing required documentation and explanations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively contribute to process excellence initiatives.
• Prepare various reports and analyses as requested by senior management.
• Handle ad-hoc operational and administrative queries.
