Job summary

NCR Atleos in Warsaw is hiring a General Ledger Controller to support period-end closing and reporting. The role collaborates with European stakeholders and ensures compliance with local requirements while aligning with global standards.

Responsibilities include reconciliations, postings, month-end activities, and supporting audits. The candidate should have a SSC background in GL/A2R, ERP knowledge, and excellent English, with a readiness to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economy or similar.
• At least 2+ years of SSC experience in General Ledger or A2R area.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations, postings, and month-end activities in line with internal standards.
• Participate in group reporting and consolidation processes.
• Support external and internal auditors with required documentation and explanations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively contribute to process excellence initiatives.
• Prepare various reports and analyses for senior management.
• Handle ad-hoc operational and administrative queries.

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting/Economy or similar
• At least 2+ years of experience within SSC environment inarelated process area and/or accounting (preferablyin General Ledger or A2R area)
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Very goodlevel of written and spoken English (knowledgeofadditionallanguages is an advantage)
• Strong willingness to learn and develop.
