Hitachi Energy Services Sp. z o.o. in Krakow, Poland, is hiring a senior leader to drive the enterprise AI Platform for secure, scalable cloud-based services.

You will lead cross-disciplinary teams across architecture, infrastructure, automation, and operations to ensure governance and seamless AI delivery. You will shape platform strategy, enforce security and governance standards, and advance DevOps, MLOps, LLMOps, and AIOps maturity in a global environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in cloud platforms, solution architecture, platform engineering, or enterprise operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing global platform architecture, integration, infrastructure, or operations teams.
• Strong expertise in designing and operating enterprise platforms using PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, and cloud-native services.
• Deep knowledge of Azure technologies, AI platforms, API management, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and observability solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for the solution architecture, engineering, integration, operations, and long-term evolution of the enterprise AI Platform.
• Establish and govern practical platform architecture principles, technology standards, integration patterns, and operational frameworks.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle and operational accountability of enterprise AI platform services, capabilities, and model ecosystems.
• Drive platform reliability, scalability, performance, resilience, and operational excellence across a global environment.
• Champion automation, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and modern engineering practices to ensure efficient and sustainable platform operations.
