Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years as Data Architect, with 4+ years on GCP.
• Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and cloud services.
• Strong data analytics background and governance understanding.
• Proven ability to design scalable data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into data engineering solutions.
• Design and oversee data architecture and infrastructure for scalability, performance, security, maintainability.
• Define data models and schemas to meet business needs (volume, velocity, variety).
• Select and integrate databases, data lakes, warehouses, and big data tools.
• Ensure alignment with long-term data strategy and governance practices.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to enable data analysis and reporting.
• Provide technical guidance to data engineering teams during implementation.
• Oversee solution implementation per design docs and specs.
• Stay updated on trends and implement innovative data solutions.
