Job summary

VIRTUSA is seeking a GCP Data Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable data platforms using GCP services. The role is hybrid with periodic European travel, approximately once or twice every two months, and involves collaboration on enterprise cloud solutions.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience in data engineering, strong Python skills, and experience with DevOps/MLOps and CI/CD pipelines. Join a team delivering high-performance data solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying high-performance data platforms and Agentic solutions.
• Experience designing cloud enterprise solutions and supporting customer projects through to completion.
• Hands-on experience with the GCP stack: AlloyDB, GCS, GKE, Gemini Enterprise, and Agent Platform (formerly Vertex AI).
• Strong Python coding skills (including data structures, algorithms, and system/software design).
• Experience automating infrastructure provisioning, DevOps/MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
