EY GDS Poland ищет опытного специалиста по данным для построения платформ на Google Cloud (GCP) и реализации решений в глобальной команде. Вы будете работать над проектами, связанных с GCP и BigQuery, и помогать бизнес-партнёрам принимать эффективные решения.

Кандидат должен иметь 4 года в Data Engineering, 2 года в Big Data на GCP, владеть SQL и/или Python, а также опыт в Data Warehousing и Data Lakes. Английский уровень высокий; знание Parquet/DeltaLake будет плюсом.

Qualifications

• 4 года опыта в области Data Engineering.
• 2 года опыта работы с Big Data на Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Уверенное владение SQL и/или Python.
• Опыт в системах Data Warehousing, data pipelines и моделировании данных.
• Аналитическое мышление и решение задач в big data среде.
• Опыт работы с структурированными, полуструктурированными и неструктурированными данными.
• Сильные знания концепций Data Marts/Data Warehouses/Data Lakes/Data Mesh и проектирования реляционных и нереляционных хранилищ.
• Очень хороший английский (устный и письменный).
• Опыт Agile/DevOps и CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать платформы данных, позволяющие бизнесу принимать решения.
• Проектировать решения на GCP и современные решения по данным, включая BigQuery.
• Решать сложные бизнес-задачи в масштабе и сотрудничать с командами по всему миру.
• Участвовать в кросс-функциональных инициативах и взаимодействовать с инженерами, PM и партнёрами.

As a Senior GCP Data Engineer you are responsible for building data platforms that enable our clients and business partners to make efficient decisions with ease. You design robust solutions on state-of-the-art data engines such as GCP, and modern data warehousing solutions BigQuery. Solving complex business problems on a large scale. Participating in cross-functional initiatives and collaborating across various domains. Interacting with engineers, product/project managers, and partners from all over the world.

Требования:

4 years of experience in Data Engineering area 2 years of experience in Big Data using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) You are proficient in SQL and/or Python You have background in data warehousing, data pipelines, distributed data processing, software engineering components and data modeling concepts Analytical problem-solving skills, particularly those that apply to a big data environment Experience in working with structured, semi-structured and unstructured data Strong Experience in design techniques of relational databases and non-relational storage Strong Experience with concepts such as Data Marts, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes , Data Mesh Very good English (verbal and written) Experience in using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), DevOps and CI/CD principals You have a “Hold my beer – I got this” attitude with a reputation of a “go-to” person with all data-related topics.

Будет плюсом:

French language at B1 level; Knowledge of data formats: Parquet, ORC, Avro, as well as emerging concepts like Deltalake/Apache Hudi/Iceberg
