Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design and deliver robust data solutions on GCP and BigQuery. You will work on international projects, building data pipelines and modern data warehousing components while collaborating with global colleagues.

Location is Wrocław/Katowice with a hybrid schedule: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. Proficiency in SQL or Python and experience with data lakes, warehouses, and distributed processing are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Data Engineering.
• 1 year of experience in Big Data on Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficient in SQL and/or Python.
• Understanding of databases, data warehouses and data lakes.
• Strong data modeling and pipelines experience.
• Experience with version control and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Build data solutions enabling efficient business decisions.
• Design robust data pipelines on GCP and BigQuery.
• Collaborate with engineers, product/project managers, and partners globally.
