Huuuge Games in Bydgoszcz, Poland, is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to lead ML-driven projects in a hybrid, in-office-first setup. You’ll own end-to-end data science initiatives—from modeling to production—shaping player engagement and monetization through scalable analytics and experimentation.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deploy state-of-the-art methods, design robust tooling, and promote best practices in Data & AI across the company.

Qualifications

• This role requires 5+ years in Data Science or ML in product-driven settings.
• Proven end-to-end ownership from concept to production.
• Strong foundation in statistics, ML, and experimental design.
• Hands-on with Python stack and big data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of data science solutions with measurable impact.
• Build production ML models to boost engagement and monetization.
• Develop scalable experimentation and decision support tooling.
• Apply causal inference and advanced modeling; validate rigorously.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Engineering teams end-to-end.
• Set technical standards and improve internal data tooling.
