Job summary

Beffio Studio is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with gamedev experience to actively source and evaluate candidates for art and technical roles. The role is freelance/part-time and fully remote, with flexibility to scale hiring as needed.

You will work closely with founders and leads to build a strong candidate pipeline, conduct initial English interviews, and align on profiles and priorities for a fast-moving, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in games industry.
• Proactive sourcing/headhunting experience.
• Excellent English communication and organization.
• Familiar with ATS; able to manage multiple openings.

• Proactively source and headhunt candidates across platforms.
• Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline.
• Manage candidates through ATS and coordinate with founders.
