Hitapps Inc. is seeking a skilled Game Producer to drive the end-to-end production of our puzzle games, from concept to release and ongoing development.

You will lead the game development team and collaborate with design, marketing, and analytics to shape successful products. The role requires a strong portfolio of shipped titles, 5+ years in game development, and excellence in team leadership, LiveOps, and monetization strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in game development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful titles from concept to release.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of LiveOps, monetization, and player retention.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end production of games, from concept ideation to release and ongoing development.

Hitapps is a GameDev company specializing in Puzzle Games. We have several successful products with a combined total of over 200M+ downloads, and we are regularly featured in the top charts in the Games section worldwide. Our TOP project is Solitaire Associations.

Currently, we are seeking a skilled Game Producer to join our dynamic team and drive the success of our projects.

Your Role:

• Lead the end-to-end production of games, from concept ideation to release and ongoing development;
• Lead and guide the game development team;
• Creating gaming products and developing strategies for their growth;
• Identifying and implementing ways to improve product economics and monetization;
• Launching A/B tests and conducting experiments to validate hypotheses;
• Collaborating closely with product analytics and metrics;
• Conducting market research and seeking ideas to enhance existing gameplay;
• Foster strong collaboration between development, design, and marketing teams to achieve project goals.

• 5+ years of experience in game development;
