Larian Studios in Warsaw is seeking a Game Engine QA to help ensure the highest quality for our upcoming RPG titles, building on the studio’s Baldur’s Gate 3 and Divinity: Original Sin 2 heritage.

You’ll perform manual testing, assist programmers, write automated tests (Python/Pytest and Lua), and help improve production pipelines while communicating with an international team in English. This role offers an engaging, collaborative environment with a focus on long-term growth.

Competenze

Experience in programming and/or scripting.
Familiarity working with game engines.
Background using Perforce or other version control systems.
Good judgment in estimating the significance and consequences of bugs.
A rigorous, methodical, and resourceful approach to your work.
Self-disciplined, with strong self-learning skills.
Good communication skills, spoken and written, in English.
Passion for video games.
Desire to build a long-term career in QA.

Mansioni

Perform all kinds of manual testing.
Closely assist the programming team with testing specific changes before code is submitted to the main developer branches.
Write new and maintain existing automated tests (Python/Pytest and Lua).
Follow priorities set by the QA Lead to ensure team-wide goals are met.
Test and help improve our production pipelines and tools.
Act as the first point of contact for the production team on technical issues.
