Kingfisher is seeking an experienced GA & OTC Team Manager to lead a high-performing accounting operations team across General Accounting and Order-to-Cash. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards, drive process improvements, manage month-end closures, and collaborate with finance and external partners in an international environment.

Qualifications

Experience leading teams in Finance Operations, Shared Services or GBS.
Strong knowledge of GA and OTC processes and controls.
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships in an international environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of accounting professionals responsible for GA and OTC processes.
Set objectives, priorities and performance expectations for team members.
Support employee development, succession planning and talent management activities.
Foster accountability, collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Manage workload, capacity planning and operational priorities.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounting services per SLAs and KPIs.
Oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end activities.
Monitor risks and control gaps and address escalations.
Drive process standardisation, automation and improvement across GA and OTC.
