Novartis Poland is launching Grow2Glow, a rotation program for early career professionals to accelerate development in a purposeful environment. You will manage four stand-alone projects across Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Digital & Innovation, influencing the Polish organization with innovative thinking and digital savviness.

Advanced Polish and English are required, with opportunities for international exposure and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably within pharma.
Polish and English - advanced (min B2/C1).
Innovative way of thinking to approach problems creatively.
Learning agility to adjust and respond to changing circumstances.
Curiosity and desire to explore and learn.
Courage to confront obstacles and take calculated risks.
Collaborative mindset to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Deliver 4 stand-alone projects (6–7 months each) across relevant business areas (Sales/Marketing, Medical, Value & Access, Digital & Innovation, Business Excellence & Execution).
Influence the Polish organization with innovative and digitally savvy approaches to solve future problems.
Be bold in experimenting and devising unconventional solutions.
