Accenture Kraków is seeking a Treasury Analyst in the FX Middle Office to support the global treasury function. You will work with FX Traders, Treasury Cash, FX Operations and Risk teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role focuses on end-to-end FX lifecycle activities, trade prep, reconciliations and process enhancements, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics or a related field.
• Experience in Treasury, Banking Operations, Financial Services, Capital Markets or a related area would be an advantage.
• Understanding of treasury processes, financial markets and/or cash management concepts.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange products and financial instruments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes and resolve operational issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Supporting the FX Trading team in trade preparation, validation and execution readiness activities.
• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of FX transactions across multiple systems and platforms.
• Performing daily reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and resolving transaction-related issues.
• Acting as an operational liaison between FX Traders, Treasury Cash, FX Operations, and Financial Risk & Strategy teams.
• Supporting operational activities across financial instruments such as FX Spot, FX Forwards, Non-Deliverable Forwards (NDFs), FX Options, Interest Rate products and Cross-Currency instruments.
