Accenture Kraków is seeking a Treasury Analyst within the FX Middle Office team to support a global treasury organization and collaborate with FX Traders, Treasury Cash, FX Operations, and Financial Risk & Strategy teams. You will cover end-to-end FX trading lifecycle activities, including trade preparation, reconciliations and process improvement in an international setting.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics or a related field.
• Experience in Treasury, Banking Operations, Financial Services, Capital Markets or a related area would be an advantage.
• Understanding of treasury processes, financial markets and cash management concepts.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange products and financial instruments.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the FX Trading team in trade preparation, validation and execution readiness activities.
• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of FX transactions across multiple systems and platforms.
• Performing daily reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and resolving transaction-related issues.
• Acting as an operational liaison between FX Traders, Treasury Cash, FX Operations, and Financial Risk & Strategy teams.
• Supporting operational activities across financial instruments such as FX Spot, FX Forwards, NDFs, FX Options, Interest Rate products and Cross-Currency instruments.
• Investigating and resolving operational and process-related issues raised by Treasury, Operations, Risk and Strategy stakeholders.
• Supporting treasury controls and operational risk management, including monitoring exceptions, identifying root causes and escalating risks where required.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of trade-related documentation and reporting.
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders across global teams.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual activities and increase operational efficiency.
• Participating in process optimization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporting the implementation of new tools, workflows and operating procedures.
• Using data analysis and reporting to identify trends, exceptions and improvement opportunities.
• Participating in projects as an FX team representative and collaborating with teams across different regions and time zones.
