Job summary

MANVESTA is seeking a focused Forwarding Manager to plan, coordinate and optimize international vehicle transportation orders across Western Europe. You will actively search for suitable carriers and negotiate terms to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.

You will monitor shipments, resolve operational issues, maintain relations with partners, and collaborate with other departments. The role offers an engaging culture, onboarding mentorship, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a freight forwarding or transport manager.
• Good understanding of road transport and freight forwarding processes.
• Ability to coordinate shipments and manage several orders simultaneously.
• Good English language skills (B1 level or higher).
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, make quick decisions and handle stressful situations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Transport company MANVESTA with its own fleet, operating in the Western European market, is seeking a focused and proactive FVL Forwarding Manager.

Salary

1700-2400 €/mon. gross

A performance-based bonus system applies. The salary will depend on the candidate’s work experience and results and will be further discussed and agreed upon during negotiations with the selected candidate.
