Job summary

Adecco Poland Sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking a Finance Operations Associate for our client, a global investment bank, to process client instructions and ensure timely funds transfer procedures are followed.

You will repair and verify transactions, participate in payment processing, respond to internal inquiries, and escalate risks as needed. The role offers a contract of employment, private medical care, and potential long-term cooperation. Salary information is provided below.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively in a team environment to process client instructions accurately and within market deadlines.
• Repair and verify transactions in internal systems, ensuring all items are completed on time.
• Participate in all steps of payment processing, including callbacks, and remain flexible to shift between tasks as needed.
• Research and resolve unclear or incomplete instructions, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Ensure all client deliverables are met in line with Funds Transfer procedures and controls.
• Respond professionally to inquiries from internal departments via email or phone, providing timely and accurate information.
• Adhere to company policies and department procedures, especially those related to Funds Transfer.
• Promptly elevate any sensitive or risk-related issues to management.
