Job summary

Citi is seeking a Business Analyst for the Fund Accounting Services team to help onboard, transform, and continuously optimize our operational processes and workflows within Securities Services Operations Change.

The role requires deep analytical capability to design, test, and validate complex solutions for clients and internal teams, plus strong communication across Product, Technology, Operations and Client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Fund Services or Securities Services operations.
• Experience with NAV calculation, validation and accounting cycles.
• Change management, Lean or Agile process improvement experience.
• Experience with asset management clients and investment funds.
• Knowledge of global financial markets and trade lifecycles.
• BABOK familiarity or relevant certifications (IIBA) is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end business process analysis and design scalable solutions.
• Deliver requirements, develop testing strategies, and oversee UAT.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations and external clients.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions for implementations and operations.
• Challenge status quo with operational and tech improvements.
• Root cause analysis of common operational problems and support client queries.
• Contribute to project plans with resource estimates and timelines.
• Participate in strategic planning, readiness, and continuous improvement.
