Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a Corporate Actions Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology within Investor Services Operations Change, focusing on Funds Strategic Transformation. The role drives efficiency and ensures smooth transitions for new systems and workflows.

You'll lead business analysis on client and internal projects, align technical solutions with business objectives, and mitigate implementation risk.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as Business Analyst in Change Management unit or in operational improvements (e.g. Lean, reengineering).
• Experience with asset management clients or Investor Services operations.
• Thorough understanding of financial markets.
• Knowledge of Corporate Actions is an advantage.
• Very good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities on assigned projects, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives.
• Ensure technical solutions are aligned with business objectives, acting as liaison between stakeholders and technology teams.

Team/Role Overview The Corporate Actions Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions within the Investor Services Operations Change, specifically focusing on the Funds Strategic Transformation. This role involves driving efficiency, aligning technical solutions with business objectives, and ensuring smooth transitions for new systems and workflows, contributing to the standardization and optimization of the Investor Services Operations. What you’ll do Lead business analysis activities on assigned projects, both client and internal, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives . Ensure technical solutions are accurately aligned with business objectives, acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. Facilitate the adoption of new systems and workflows by business units, ensuring smooth transitions. Take proactive actions targeted at minimizing and mitigating implementation and projects risk. Lead process optimization initiatives, establishing a culture of continuous improvement within the team. What we’ll need from you Relevant experience as Business Analyst in Change Management unit or in operational improvements area (e.g. Lean, reengineering programs). Experience of working with asset management clients on a variety of investment fund vehicles (e.g. OEICS, Segregated) or Investor Services operations. Thorough understanding of financial market. Knowledge of Corporate Actions is an advantage. Very good command of English. Strong analytical skills. Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
