Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a Corporate Actions Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology within Investor Services Operations Change, focusing on Funds Strategic Transformation. The role drives efficiency and ensures smooth transitions for new systems and workflows.

You'll lead business analysis on client and internal projects, align technical solutions with business objectives, and mitigate implementation risk.

Qualifications

Relevant experience as Business Analyst in Change Management unit or in operational improvements (e.g. Lean, reengineering).
Experience with asset management clients or Investor Services operations.
Thorough understanding of financial markets.
Knowledge of Corporate Actions is an advantage.
Very good command of English.

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities on assigned projects, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives.
Ensure technical solutions are aligned with business objectives, acting as liaison between stakeholders and technology teams.
