State Street is seeking a Fund Accounting professional to ensure accurate reporting and timely delivery to internal and external clients. You will engage in exception resolution and coordinate with functional teams to resolve inquiries on a case-by-case basis.

The role involves performing fund accounting, reviewing components, and liaising with internal clients to obtain inputs for service delivery while upholding procedures and controls.

Formación

• Numeracy and literacy skills.
• Proficient in Excel spreadsheets.
• MS Outlook knowledge at competent level.
• Good written and verbal communication.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Fund Accounting processes, including accounting, reporting and administrative duties, with timely and accurate delivery to clients.
• Review fund components and complete the Preparers' checklist.
• Liaise with internal clients and support other departments to obtain inputs and resolve errors.
• Ensure departmental procedures and controls are followed.
• Identify control gaps and address them.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries and support ad-hoc projects and tasks.
• Keep Team Managers informed of daily progress and status of requests.
• Support less experienced staff as needed.
• Take ownership of personal growth and development.
