Roche Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks a Functional Consultant for SAP EWM/TM & Custom Solutions to support a bespoke SAP system with extensive custom developments. You will analyze and optimize complex supply chain processes and collaborate with developers on non-standard functionality.

The role requires strong analytical skills, effective cross-team communication, and willingness to travel to Switzerland for on-site workshops and client engagements. Knowledge of ABAP and GxP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP EWM experience.
• Hands-on SAP TM concepts and integration points.
• Knowledge of BOPF (Business Object Processing Framework) and its use in custom developments.
• Familiarity with BGRFC (Background Remote Function Call).
• Experience supporting complex, non-standard SAP solutions with custom code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent communication across technical and functional teams.
• Willingness to learn new concepts and technologies quickly.

Nice to Have

• German language skills (written and spoken).
• Experience with SAP ABAP or custom object development.

• Familiarity with change management and process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as SAFe.
• Intermediate level of business process domain knowledge in supply chain.
