ERP Solution Consultant – SAP EWM
Position in Roche Pharma division located in Warsaw. The role requires ownership of a highly complex, validated warehouse management solution, one of the largest in the division.
Responsibilities
- Lead product teams, champion accountability, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Develop and implement complex enhancements to the SAP EWM solution, including MFS and WebDynpro user interfaces.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; troubleshoot issues at the code level.
- Investigate complex technical challenges, debug code, and optimize system performance.
- Work closely with business teams to understand requirements, manage expectations, and communicate technical constraints and timelines.
- Execute changes in compliance with regulated environments, including documentation, test cases, and validation requirements.
- Document solutions and share expertise with team members to build organizational capability.
- Travel to Switzerland as needed for on‑site support, workshops, and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with SAP EWM in production environments, including complex configurations and customizations.
- Hands‑on experience implementing and maintaining SAP MFS.
- Solid ABAP programming background with ability to debug and optimize code.
- Familiarity with regulated environments, change management processes, and compliance documentation.
- Working understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices.
- Fluent in English (essential). German language fluency is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary 170,100–315,900 PLN per annum, plus discretionary annual bonus targeting 15% subject to performance. Additional benefits include:
