Candidates will work in a hybrid model, with an average of two days per week in the office.

Responsibilities include backlog management, product strategy evaluation, and solution design. A minimum of three years of SAP SD experience is required, along with familiarity with Solution Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in SAP SD with full‑cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Familiarity with Solution Manager (SolMan) or SAP Cloud ALM.
• Technical literacy in monitoring and troubleshooting IDocs/ALE.

The ERP Solution Consultant – SAP Intercompany for Roche Digital Technology (RDT) is responsible for guiding complex ERP solution delivery, proactively solving product issues, and shaping the architecture for our SAP S/4HANA environment. The role is based in Warsaw and supports a hybrid work model with an average of two days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Backlog Management: Define, order, and refine product backlog items to align with business goals.
• Product Strategy: Evaluate existing SD processes to identify optimization opportunities, particularly in automated order processing and real-time analytics.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Supply Chain stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and communicate product updates.
• Development Collaboration: Work with Scrum teams to define, build, and validate product features during sprints.
• Solution Design & Configuration: Lead end‑to‑end design and implementation of new features within S/4HANA.
• Hands‑on Core Customizing: Perform independent SAP standard configuration and customization within the S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM) modules.
• WRICEF Specification & Design: Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications for custom developments (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) from ideation to hypercare.
• Logistics Integration: Act as the functional lead for SD integration touchpoints with Decentralized EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and Embedded TM (Transportation Management) to ensure seamless flow from Sales Order to TM integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in SAP SD with full‑cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Familiarity with Solution Manager (SolMan) or SAP Cloud ALM for documentation and transport management.
• Technical literacy in monitoring and troubleshooting IDocs/ALE.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Global Trade Services (GTS) integration.
• Proven experience with Decentralized EWM integration and Embedded TM.
• Hands‑on or theoretical knowledge of Advanced Intercompany Sales and Stock Transfer.
