Job summary

Regnology is seeking a Cloud Engineer to join our international IT team. You will ensure availability, integrity, and security of cloud environments while supporting product development with cloud expertise.

Responsibilities include deploying and maintaining GCP and Azure environments, managing access, and evaluating new technologies to drive future-ready infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role handling operational IT / infrastructure tasks using GCP cloud.
• Completed university studies in computer science or related field.
• Familiarity with PowerShell and Azure CLI.
• Basic understanding of AWS and Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage).
• Strong learning mindset and willingness to develop new tools and methods.
• Customer oriented and self-motivated mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and continuously improve Cloud environments (GCP, Azure) and related tooling.
• Install, configure and maintain Linux operating systems and server software.
• Manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
• Support product development teams with cloud expertise.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects to design future-ready setups.
• Assist in deployment and management of Azure infrastructure (tenant migrations).
• Evaluate new technologies and integrate systems (Kubernetes, GCP).

As a Cloud Engineer, you will be part of our international and agile IT Team. Together with your colleagues you will be able to perform various day-to-day technology operation and integration activities to ensure constant availability, integrity, security, and end-user satisfaction.

• You will be responsible for the setup, maintenance and continuous improvement of our Cloud environments (GCP, Azure), tooling and processes as a general expert.
• You will install, configure, and maintain the operating systems environment (LINUX), including systems servers and operating systems software on which applications programs run.
• You will manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
• You will be supporting our product development teams with your expertise.
• You will participate in various IT infrastructure projects by bringing in your thoughts and ideas for a future-proof setup.
• You will assist in deployment and management of Azure infrastructure (including tenant migrations).
• You will be able to compare, evaluate, implement new technologies and integrate systems into the computing environment (Kubernetes, GCP cloud).
