Job summary

Be | Shaping the Future Poland is seeking a senior full-stack developer to join our financial services-focused team in Poland. You will work on complex solutions using Angular on the frontend and Java with Spring on the backend, contribute to secure architectures, and help design reusable components.

You will collaborate across disciplines, implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI or GitHub Actions, deploy with Docker and Kubernetes, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack development with Angular and Spring.
• Knowledge of authentication and API security (OAuth2, mTLS, JWT).
• Experience building reusable Angular libraries and Spring ecosystem.
• DevOps experience with CI/CD tools.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in Angular for frontend and Java with Spring for backend development
• Knowledge of PHP and the Yii framework is a plus
• Strong knowledge of authentication and security mechanisms, including OAuth2, mTLS, JWT, and API security best practices
• Knowledge of creating and maintaining reusable Angular libraries to optimize development for future projects
• Strong knowledge of the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, and Spring Cloud
• Good knowledge of dependency injection, AOP, and other core Spring concepts
• DevOps experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions
• Knowledge of containerization with Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and/or other cloud providers, with experience hosting software solutions on cloud platforms
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn additional technologies and programming languages
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
