Job summary

Solid Company is seeking a proactive full-stack developer to lead the delivery and ongoing support of internal web applications built on data from the Data Platform. You will design reusable components, build intuitive UIs with React, and implement APIs using Node.js while collaborating with UI/UX designers, data analysts, GCP BigQuery developers, and DevOps colleagues.

The role is hybrid with 6 days/month in Kraków, and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' proven experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong front-end development capability, including React, HTML, TypeScript, and Express.js.
• Experience building RESTful services using Node.js.
• Working knowledge of code version control (Git).
• Experience implementing unit tests and contributing to reliable automated testing practices.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables (essential).
• Fluent English for day-to-day communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and ongoing support of internal web applications built on data from the Data Platform.
• Design and develop reusable software components for a scalable suite of internal web pages and applications.
• Build intuitive, high-quality user interfaces with a strong focus on usability.
• Design and implement APIs to publish and serve data sourced from the Data Platform.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, data analysts, GCP BigQuery developers, and DevOps colleagues.
• Establish and promote strong engineering practices, including high coding standards and maintainability.
