Job summary

Visa Hunt is building a verified network of experienced freelancers and consultants who can support clients in flexible cooperation models, from short-term delivery acceleration to outcome-based engagements.

This is not a traditional recruitment process. We seek Fullstack Consultants open to future collaboration opportunities adjusted to project needs, availability and specialization fit, with remote Poland as the primary location.

We are building a verified network of experienced freelancers and consultants who can support our clients in flexible cooperation models: from short-term delivery acceleration and MVP initiatives to outcome-based consulting engagements.

This is not a traditional recruitment process.

We are looking for experienced Fullstack Consultants interested in becoming part of networkand open to future collaboration opportunities adjusted to project needs, availability and specialization fit.

Remuneration depends on the type of assignment. For hourly rates, our our range usually included rates up to 190 PLN net + VAT.

Location: Fully remote (Poland)

What kind of projects may you support?

Depending on business demand and your availability, potential engagements may include:

• greenfield product development,
• feature acceleration initiatives,
• modernization projects,
• MVP and rapid prototyping work,
• delivery reinforcement for existing engineering teams,
• consulting and outcome-based delivery projects,
• short-term high-impact initiatives.

Examples of what you could do

You should be capable of:

• independently delivering end-to-end technical solutions,
• collaborating directly with technical and business stakeholders,
• structuring implementation scope and estimating effort,
• balancing engineering quality with pragmatic delivery decisions.

What would we expect?
