Talanto is seeking an expert Full-Stack Developer/Architect to lead technical direction across international teams, shaping architecture and standards. You will design scalable enterprise-grade solutions using Java 17+ and Angular 18+, and guide platform modernization while collaborating across multiple domains.

This remote, long-term B2B contract role offers the opportunity to influence technical strategy, drive architecture decisions, and work with modern stacks on international initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 17+ and Angular 18+.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL, JPA/Hibernate, and software architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience influencing technical strategy beyond a single team.
• Located in Poland or willing to work remotely from Poland.

We are currently supporting a large-scale digital transformation initiative within the financial services sector and are looking for an Expert Full-Stack Developer/Architect who will provide technical leadership, shape architecture decisions, and drive engineering excellence across multiple teams.
