Full Time FLORIDA Clinical Provider: NP/IBCLC (LACTATION LICENSE/CREDENTIALS REQUIRED)

Overview

SimpliFed is a 100% virtual telehealth maternal health company delivering evidence-based care in the peri and postnatal periods through its Maternal Health Operating System (mOS). The Clinical Provider will deliver remote lactation and maternal health services to Florida patients, including lactation-related assessments, remote patient monitoring, postpartum visits, perinatal mental health screenings, and orders, via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based direct patient care aligned with SimpliFed's maternal health program.
• Conduct lactation-related clinical assessments and remote patient monitoring assessments.
• Perform postpartum and perinatal mental health screenings using standardized tools; provide education and resources.
• Sign breast pump prescriptions for patients and coordinate care as needed.
• Complete intake reviews, virtual physical evaluations, and full exam forms with documentation and coding.
• Develop Individual Care Plans and coordinate referrals or follow-ups.
• Schedule subsequent appointments and maintain compliance with policies, security, and HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize telehealth platforms and ensure high-quality patient communication.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in NP; active NP license in Florida.
• Professional certification as IBCLC or CLC, in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years direct clinical experience; at least 2 years as CLC/IBCLC.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication and decision-making aligned with policies.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable technology and provide telehealth care.
• Comply with availability requirements and licensure/credentialing standards.
• Strong listening, written and oral communication, and charting skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, EHR, clinical documentation, and healthcare quality/compliance standards.
• Background check clearance.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
