Job summary

Personal Consulting Agency is seeking a skilled Senior Full-Stack Java Developer to design, develop, and optimize complex enterprise applications. You will work across Java/Spring Boot backend and Angular frontend, building scalable microservices and secure REST APIs while maintaining CI/CD pipelines and advocating best security practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, Agile/Scrum workflows, and continuous improvement through automation and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Java development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Practical experience with Angular and Angular Material.
• Experience working with Kafka and SQL databases.
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Practical experience identifying and resolving security vulnerabilities (SAST, container scanning, dependencies).
• Good understanding of secure coding practices and OWASP principles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• English language proficiency at B1+/B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Kafka, SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Develop and enhance microservices-based solutions and REST APIs, following clean code principles and software engineering best practices.
• Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
• Analyze and resolve application defects, incidents, performance issues, and production problems.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities detected through SAST, container scanning, dependency scanning, penetration testing, and other security assessments.
• Apply secure coding practices and contribute to strengthening the security of internet-facing applications.
• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines using Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and related tools.
• Optimize applications in terms of performance, scalability, resilience, maintainability, and availability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Security Specialists, and Operations teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, implementation guidelines, and operational documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to development practices, automation, quality assurance, and security.
• Use AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot to improve development efficiency, code quality, documentation, testing, and vulnerability remediation.
• Explore opportunities to introduce AI agents and intelligent automation supporting software delivery, operational activities, and business processes.
