Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Python development experience building backend applications and RESTful APIs.
• Frontend experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript and modern UI libraries.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with AI solutions using LLM APIs and RAG patterns.
• Cloud-hosted apps, containers and CI/CD pipelines.
• Secure development practices including secrets management and access control.
• Excellent problem-solving and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain secure, scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
• Deliver production-quality code with version control, testing, CI/CD and documentation.
• Integrate services with internal platforms, data sources and external APIs with proper auth and resilience.
• Develop AI-enabled features with LLMs, RAG, prompts and agent workflows.
• Monitor performance, investigate issues and improve reliability using logs and traces.
