Job summary

La Lorraine Bakery Group NV is seeking a Full-Stack Data Scientist Production to drive data-driven innovations across our Factory of the Future program. You will work end-to-end from raw process data to deployed solutions, collaborating with IT, OT and plant operations to bring Industry 4.0 to life on production lines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as industrial automation, computer science, applied statistics, mathematics, engineering or machine learning.
• 3+ years of experience applying advanced analytics in a manufacturing context.
• Strong coding skills in Python and SQL, solid software design principles and clean code.
• Experience in cloud environments (preferably Azure) and familiarity with Databricks.
• Experience deploying ML models into production and working with MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Bridge strategy and operations by turning boardroom ambitions into actionable insights on the shop floor.
• Collaborate across disciplines in a cross-functional FotF team to improve energy efficiency, product quality, and line capacity.
• Build real-time decision support with AI-driven advisory systems using Grafana/Power BI or interfacing with control systems.
• Advise on and apply state-of-the-art analytics and optimization techniques in a manufacturing context.
