Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to advance a strategic developer-experience tool that enforces UX guidelines via a Model Context Protocol. You will bridge React frontend with Node.js/TypeScript backend and contribute to AI-enabled coding agents and IDE integrations.

The role requires hybrid work (3 days in office) across Krakow, Wroclaw, or Gdansk, and collaboration with UX experts to align machine-readable rules with design specs. English at B2 level is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience building responsive frontend applications with React.js and high-performance backend services in Node.js/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience designing MCP servers, RESTful/gRPC APIs, and developer tools.
• Knowledge of generative AI, LLM APIs, and AI-assisted coding agents.
• Ability to codify complex rules into JSON/YAML structures.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build MCP servers for AI-enabled UX rulesets.
• Fullstack development of the UX Scanner frontend and Node.js backend/microservices.
• Codify UX standards into machine-readable rules.
• Host and secure cloud deployments of APIs and services.
