Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to evolve a strategic developer-experience tool that enforces UX design standards using MCP servers and AI-enabled workflows. The role combines frontend React work with robust Node.js/TypeScript backends and cloud deployments, with a focus on secure, scalable systems.

You will translate human guidelines into machine-readable rules, build APIs, and contribute to dev tooling and IDE integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience building MCP servers and REST/gRPC APIs.
• Experience translating design guidelines into JSON/YAML rules.
• Strong frontend (React) and backend (Node.js/TypeScript) skills.
• Experience with cloud deployments and security best practices.
• Excellent communication in English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Architect & Build MCP Servers to host, version, expose UX rule sets.
• Fullstack development: React frontend and Node.js backend scaling microservices.
• Codify UX standards into robust JSON/YAML structures.
• Host & secure cloud deployments with version control and scalable access.
• CI/CD & DevTools integration for developer-focused tooling.
• Collaborate with UX to align machine-readable rules with designs.
