Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to drive the technical evolution of a strategic developer-experience tool in Krakow, Wroclaw or Gdansk.

You will bridge frontend experiences with AI enablement and lead the MCP server development. You will own full-stack work from React UI to Node.js microservices, codify UX standards into machine-readable rules, deploy securely to cloud platforms, and integrate CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Experience building responsive frontends with React.js.
• Back-end services in Node.js/TypeScript.
• Hands-on MCP server design and API development.
• Experience with cloud deployments and security best practices.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design and implement MCP servers and rule enforcement.
• Develop full-stack UX Scanner frontend and Node.js backend.
• Codify UX guidelines into machine-readable JSON/YAML rules.
• Host and secure cloud deployments with version control and scalability.
• Integrate CI/CD and developer tooling for faster design audits.
• Collaborate with UX designers to align machine-readable rules.
