EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to drive the technical evolution of a strategic developer-experience tool in Krakow, Wroclaw or Gdansk.

You will bridge frontend experiences with AI enablement and lead the MCP server development. You will own full-stack work from React UI to Node.js microservices, codify UX standards into machine-readable rules, deploy securely to cloud platforms, and integrate CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Experience building responsive frontends with React.js.
• Back-end services in Node.js/TypeScript.
• Hands-on MCP server design and API development.
• Experience with cloud deployments and security best practices.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to drive the technical evolution of a strategic developer-experience tool designed to elevate design quality across enterprise products.In this role, you will work across the entire stack, bridging user-friendly frontend experiences with cutting-edge AI enablement. You will lead the development of a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, designed to host, version, and expose codified UX design standards.
